It was great working with you and Katie and I hope to bring back my Board President, Pat Wolfe, someday soon for a cooking school! Also, good news is that in my staff meeting this morning with other Executive Directors here at AMG/MMG,  I think I may have another piece of business for you. Dear Holly and Katie,

We just wanted to send you a quick note letting you know how much FUN our team had at Open Kitchen yesterday! The chef/instructors were fantastic, and made us all feel right at home. Thank you again for taking the time to make this happen for us – from the cupcakes & prosecco, to your beautiful space & delicious ingredients, it really was a wonderful afternoon.

There have already been requests that we hold this Iron Chef competition regularly – so we hope to be back!

I just got home from our party and I wanted to drop you a note while I was thinking about it.  Everything went smoothly, Chef Katie was AWESOME and the food was great.  I really enjoyed the way everything turned out.  Everyone was very happy with the food selection and several want to come take a class.  Should something come up in the future where I need a caterer Open Kitchen will be my first call.  Thank you and Chef Katie for everything!!
